As we get older, we often notice that we may struggle with tasks that have previously been easy for us. Concerns come up about failing memory, confusion, independence and driving, and one’s ability to make important decisions regarding finances and estate planning. These are made less of a burden through careful consideration of the issues involved. We need to consider the competency of the individual, the needs of the family, and the safety of the loved one. We can perform focused assessments of early cognitive decline as well as other contributing factors such as geriatric depression and anxiety. Your initial 1 hour appointment would be $250.00, and you will receive an estimate for any services deemed necessary beyond the initial one hour meeting.

Pricing for additional appointments in this process varies depending on the professional providing the service and the length of testing time required. If additional testing and a report are needed, the remaining services will range from about $2,000.00 to $2,600.00. We will provide an estimate of charges after your initial 1 hour appointment. While we do not accept insurance, you may ask us for procedure codes to give to your insurance carrier, so you may ask them about potential reimbursement possibilities. Please note that we are able to accept ESA funds as long as you have the ESA card available; we can also provide documentation for reimbursement through ESA.
