Dr. Stacey Halverson, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Stacey Halverson is a clinical psychologist with extensive training in pediatric psychology, specializing in anxiety, depression, and co-occurring medical conditions in pediatric patients, and eating disorders. Her expertise extends to adolescent and family counseling, helping individuals navigate complex challenges with care and compassion. She joins us from Phoenix Children’s Hospital after 6 1/2 years supporting hospitalized patients and families with psychological evaluations, support and treatment. Her pediatric psychology fellowship was at Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, TX where she studied the psychological practice of treating patients with orthopedic, Sports Medicine, neurological, rheumatological and developmental pediatric disorders. Prior to her fellowship, she completed an internship at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan (CHM) and completed her Master’s and Doctorate degrees at the University of Detroit Mercy. She provides psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for the Nicholls Group.
